Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Nomadify, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made through our online store. Please read it carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Approved Returns
If your return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how to return your item.
- Defective or damaged items: Nomadify will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Change-of-mind or incorrect selection: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchange Conditions
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product:
- You must return the original item at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit coupon equal to the product value.
- You can then use this store credit to place a new order for your preferred item.
5. Refund Policy Overview
Our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, you will be notified by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
8. Refund Timeframe
- Inspection & Approval: 1–2 business days
- Refund Issuance: Within 5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 2–7 business days (depending on your provider)
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
9. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the courier. Once confirmed, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item
10. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items returned in used condition
- Items missing parts or accessories (unless due to our error)
